Is there a reason why you're creating a card token though? You should be creating PaymentMethods
you'll want to edit that restricted key to be able to write for tokens

All Issuing resources
and one other place
I gave access to the tokens under All core resources, and that didnt work

Thanks for the IDs, I just checked, the restricted key that you used for making these two request doesn't have permission to write tokens. Did you follow alex's suggestion to enable write for the key?

yeh it was however unclear which token to give write permission on
Token appears under 3 sections
I gave write permission to the Token under All core resources and that didnt work

this request was made AFTER I gave them the write access to Token under All core resources section

yeh I did, and it briefly showed the changes did not saved, it asked me for an SMS password and eventually it worked
