They have our funds withheld, they kept coming up with new reasons as to why our account was under review and we fixed everything. Then once we fixed everything and took care of everything with a representative on the phone, they went ahead and said we were committing fraudulent charges, which was not true and we provided client contracts and invoices.
They said the information was not valid, so we told them "Okay refund the clients their payments then, we will use a different payment processor"

They stopped replying and it's been two weeks. Our ability to make refunds have been taken away, aka we can't refund the clients now. The clients have written notices and will start issuing disputes because they're not getting their money back.

I can't help here as we do not have the expertise, and this is also a public channel.
