I think there's a misunderstanding
For PaymentLinks, the specific setting on the Link Settings page that controls Link is the one labeled "Checkout"
It should be further down on the page

Can you summarize how you're currently integrating with Stripe and where you're blocked with regards to Link?

Sure.
I mean, on two completely different accounts, we have different information displayed. On the first two screenshots you can see all possible functions for integrations, including card element.
The second screenshot shows a whole section, in the payment methods

I also have nothing available here, I went through the domain registration but also nothing has changed

So if you are not writing code, what are you doing? Creating a PaymentLink in the Dashboard by hand?

Yes. But my friend did the config of CardElement without code, I already sent you screen above

that is impossible though so you must misunderstand what your friend did or they are misunderstanding how things works.
I work at Stripe, I know our products inside and out. I can tell you there's no way to use CardElement at all without writing code (or using a third-party plugin)

Please give me a real PaymentLink URL, with the buy.stripe.com URL and I can look
