No you should do it via API, for Stripe Connect

Also the ACH need to be enabled on your Connected Account

I think you need to login to an Apple Account which has card setup in wallet

The issue is I am from india and apple pay won't work here for apple & google pay even in test mode, I tried with MAC OS using VPN and tried to add valid card but card is from india so I am not able to enter a card details in wallet

that is why I asked like can I configure card in safari as I did for google pay in google chrome account

you need to register the domain for Connect : https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/pmd-registration?platform=api#register-your-domain-while-using-connect which it doesn't seem like you've done

it's not enough to register it in the Dashboard of your platform account, you need to make that API call to register the domain on behalf of a connected account
