I see. I'm not seeing anything obvious which is causing this validation to fail. I'm going to dig around for a few more minutes.
If I don't find anything, I'd have to ask you to create a support ticket so that it can be escalated to the right team

Okay so looks like Stripe doesn't support 5531 MCC even though its listed on the documentation.
I apologise for the confusion here. I'll flag this internally to get the docs updated.
