i opened .. but they didn't give us any response , it's been 2 weeks allready...
and it's pretty urgent since we have a lot of clients that are using this card type..
What's the ID of an example payment?

That's not a payment ID. Should be pi_xxx or ch_xxx
and , there are other transactions , this is just an example , it's important to mention that if we create a payment link , the transaction goes well , the problem occurs when the client tries to pay directly from the website

Yeah unfortunately looks like a generic bank decline. If the issuer is claiming that we're sending incorrect information then that is beyond the scope of help we can offer on this server. I recommend write in again to support
