Hmm, I believe there are restrictions on how many bank accounts can be connected to a Stripe account at a time (based on the country)
The only way I can think of to build this flow is to use Stripe Connect and create separate connected accounts that then links each bank account separately
Then you can use Separate Charges and Transfers flow:

I dont have any info about the bank accounts owner/merchants detail. We were asked to route the payment to different bank account according to product purchased.

we have a website with around 15 products. I want to send/route the payments of 4 products to a X bank account. and rest all the products to Y bank account. Consider all these products as a kinda service related. (Not tangible product). thats why i mentioned i am not very sure about the merchant related info
And only one product can be purchased at a time

I understand the routing part. But like I mentioned before, there are limits on how many bank accounts you can attach to a Stripe account.
The only way you'd be able to route the payments this way is if you had separate connected accounts per bank account. As a platform, you can look at the products and decide which account you want to transfer the funds to
