What's the subscription ID?
sub_1Obc1bQKa5zjS3mhV71wZgMZ
let me correct my query, it is subscription updated to trial period rather than paused. thanks
Ok, then can you tell me what you expect vs what you got?
after updating the subscription to trial period, there is shows that $10 is to be deducted as we have updated subscription in running billing cycle into trial period for certain date.
although payment has deducted the $10 in the billing but we are shown $20 above ($10)
i think it should be $10 in this scenario or is it correct?
Is it about in_1ObcGpQKa5zjS3mhcBxuatQU ?
in_1ObcMcQKa5zjS3mhm35cLtCI
This invoice was generated when the trial ends
And that's why it continues to charge your customer
yeah but in the invoice there is deduction of $10
Yup, that's the applied balance
and on main page it show like
is this the balance which comes from the previous billing cycle which we have updated to the trial period? and will be reduced in the next billing cycle which is triggered after the trial is ended.
Does the
$20 mean we are charging client for subscription with rate $20 per billing cycle but the for that particular payment, the client is charged $20 - applied balance?
I will be in a short tea break. thanks
Thanks for waiting, looking into it now!
With reference to https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/customers/cus_PMup9m3vrKrfgC/balance_transactions, $10 was from the previous invoice 2C7241DA-0048: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/invoices/in_1ObcGpQKa5zjS3mhcBxuatQU

If you're referring to https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/invoices/in_1ObcMcQKa5zjS3mhm35cLtCI, customer will be charged $20 - $10 (applied balance) = $10
