Can you details on which component(s) you're using and what is unexpected?
sure. this the stripe console in test mode, payments received for the connected account
Can you share some of the pi_xxx IDs where you believe the email is incorrect?
^ those are fine, email are as expected
on the embedded form I use, I see this
in my app
Some IDs please
I put in a new transaction, and now they all show the last payment received
pi_3OZrWO2ZXvXYUIaz1sdYy7td
Not sure what you mean by that
Which acct_xxx ID are you initialising the Connect component for?
1st screenshot, all transactions showed test@test.com as sender. I made a new payment with email of ynnoj@test.com, then all the transactions show that as the email address
acct_1OUIoX2ZXvXYUIaz
Interesting that does seem unexpected, let me see if I can reproduce this
i'm using "@stripe/react-connect-js": "^3.1.1",
Do you have a webpage where we could see this behavior?
no it's not deployed yet, still building
Alright, let me try to reproduce, please bear with me.
sure, no worries. let me know if need more details/info
I need a few more minutes, sorry to keep you waiting.
Hey, sorry, it's taking a while since I haven't updated the react-connect-js to the latest version on my local build and I need to make a few changes to reproduce.
Would you mind writing an email to Stripe Support and my engineering team will pick it up: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
This way we will be able to investigate it in our own time.
Sorry again.
ok, is there a form there somewhere, or do I have to use the chatbot
Do you see the "Send us an email" option?
no
