You shouldn't have to contact stripe for this
The merchant should be able to look into this for you
And they should contact us if there's truly an issue
This is what the retailer has told me, they said they could not help me further
And sent me a screenshot of proof that they’ve processed the refund via email as a follow up
This was on call btw
