I have opened an account for a client in stripe to accept payments. I completed the test mode it worked fine. I activated the live api keys but the payment is failing

actually thats the thing. In the webhook reports i did not get any failed report

Here it is, I made a website for a client. he is a ayurvedic doctor

For his consultations i added the stipe payment. But while making payment it shows failed

Where as while in test mode it worked fine

you must have some logs somewhere of the error. maybe in the browser console or on your backend server or in webhook events or in the Stripe dashboard.

you need to share these logs here, otherwise we won't be able to help.

I using a wordpress website, and it has a booking appointment plugin integrated in the theme

It has stripe payments as options

so i added the APi keys and webhooks

I tested the test mode it worked

But in live its not working
