I chose step debugging and then tracked down the JavaScript code entering v3, only to find that it entered_ Attach IssueingCardMethods, then create nodes and pull three element inner card. xxx. js from the stripe site. Why is this?

The issue with the plugin is not significant

The three JS circled out all come from https://js.stripe.com/v3

The requests were made from Stripe because Stripe elements is integrated through iframe.

It really depends on how the developer integrate the Stripe elements, they may have some code that trigger stripe elements and therefore invokes these requests.
