Hi
I am trying to integrate Stripe Connect and I am using Express accounts for my customers
When testing, I am filling all the required information (personal & business related) for the connected Express account
However, I do not understand how to verify the identity of the customer
The onboarding page does not ask for pictures of the ID card or any picture of documents to proof the business ownership
Are you using test mode?
Yes
The newly added account has status Enabled
but this message is displayed "Add missing information for person(s) listed on the account
More information is needed for some people listed on this account
How to resolve
Please instruct this account to contact Stripe support."
how can I instruct this account to contact Stripe support when this account basically does not have a direct relationship with Stripe?
It s not like a Standard account where the customer has their own relationship with Stripe and their own account that they can freely access and do their KYC verificaiton
Are you using the test data from here when onboarding accounts? https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing
Can you share an acct_xxx ID where this is an issue?
My guess is you've triggered a manual verification flow by not using test data somewhere

I ve used data different than testing for fields where I could not find a testing token
Like company name, email
