In general we don't support Express accounts in India though yes. https://support.stripe.com/questions/stripe-india-support-for-marketplaces#:~:text=Express Connect is not supported yet

I mentioned above, we don't support Express in India
so if Webflow only supports Express accounts, they can not create an account for you in that country. They might be able to do something like create/connect to a Standard account for you instead but that is something between you and them directly.
