That's because your webhook endpoint didn't return 200 for evt_1O30koPhJo5E9HsXhaJmUtVv and evt_1O1wZuPn4Anu4GCgifcWokJG, which are the issuing_authorization.request events.

When Stripe receives an authorization request, we send an issuing_authorization.created webhook event.

Okay. Then how is it possible that the attribute approved=True ? If our webhook had not response 200 code, then we should have to get such an event.
