@shadow willow No, it's not possible to limit the list of plans that customers can choose from
Have you tested this out? what happens if you enable or disable the "Prorate subscription updates" setting for the customer portal?
I didn't know it was called Prorating... let me read the docs through
oh no I don't want prorating. I give customers credits to use during a month
some can sub to the Best package,
use all the credits,
and downgrade to Good package...
I'd go bankrupt
