Is there a reason you're not using Account Links? This is the recommended path for onboarding Express accounts: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/express-accounts

Using Connect with Express accounts

I don't know how to do that, I'm not sure if I should change that in Wordpress, woocommerce or stripe itself

You likely have a better idea of what can/cannot be changed, so we can't give a lot of direction beyond simply giving onboarding options.
