You've started up your server locally, correct? And you're sure you're using port 3000?
Yes
and you're 100% sure you're route is configured correctly? (That you have a /webhook route and don't accidentally have it set to something else)

Have you been able to hit that endpoint to make sure? and do you have an example event ID I can take a look at?'

How did you check that the other routes were working?
I used the frontend to run /chat route and got an answer back
and what happens if you just try and hit the webhook route on your frontend?
I get this
Are you sure you don't have an older version of your app running somewhere else? Other than that, something must be wrong with your app router
I'll renew node_modules, ,next folder and the lock file
