Yhea this is regarding other salesforce extension
the extension at hands is Stripe Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
it has to be something custom, so for this Salesforce provided a custom solution for every Salesforce Partner that wants to integrate with Stripe
the Solution that i am talking about can be found on this official github from them
recently Stripe changed their payment api from server side to client side with libaries such as Stripe.js and stripe elements etc correct?

Yes, we did make a recent change to enforce against passing raw pans

I was made aware from Salesforce part that recently in order to make this custom solution from them work we need to open a support ticket in Stripe

Salesforce front end is standard I cant make changes on the front end, thats why this solution stopped working for me and so many others and I was made aware that we need to open a support ticket in order for this to work
Salesforce and Stripe have been partners for long time from what I can see thats why even Salesforce provided this official custom solution to integrate B2B Commerce Cloud weith Stripe
you can take a look here in the apex (salesforce language, similar to java) class that we are calling everything correctly and so on. with the tokenizing of the details etc

Yeah that's something you need to talk to support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) about - we don't handle enabling raw pans here

so we need to enable that raw pan? i am not aware what i need to ask but i am aware we should open a ticket to get this working
