i have few more doubts..
while creating a connect account for payouts.. i have given bank details for external accounts..are those bank details being verified? or only at the time of payout?

but in case user enters a address in US..but uses the card from another country like India then the stripe fees varies right?
so how to handle stripe fees for cards from different countries for USD currency?
