The Payment simply hasn't been confirmed yet. Not sure about the card details section. Did you use PaymentElement?

so the payment intent is getting created then we are checking the client secerete on the frontend side , but that stripe element to enter the card details is not popping up

and this is happenning for few customers not for every one
