If separate auth and capture is used, it will follow the standard card authorisation which is 7 days for online payments: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/place-a-hold-on-a-payment-method#auth-capture-limitations

Separate payment authorization and capture to create a charge now, but capture funds later.
