Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Gotcha! We don't reopen threads but happy to continue chatting.

#

Do you have a test site we can use?

craggy turret
#

#

the error is shown in the video.

#

i want to know the chrome console log "null" error of frame-ancestry-handler after i added bank account info is something i need to worry or not

@craggy turret you have a huge login block upfront, can you give access to the real page? Also where is that error coming from?

#

like that FrameAncestry part doesn't seem like a Stripe thing

exotic cove
#

is it just on load? Do I need to do something?

craggy turret
#

i am not sure what is FrameAncestry as well. I dont explicity use that as well

exotic cove
#

I didn't get the error at all

craggy turret
#

oh

#

maybe because of my chrome browser issue

#

?

#

i'm using chrome in ubuntu 22

#

let me try my mac then

exotic cove
#

Yeah that would help I'm on a mac too

craggy turret
#

ok, thx. i will report back if i see the error again

exotic cove
#

let me know what you find

craggy turret
#

interesting, i'm able to see the same issue on mac

#

did you check in the chrome console window and there is no error ?

exotic cove
#

yes

#

can you try in incognito or with all your Chrome extensions turned off? Also which exact version of Chrome are you on?

craggy turret
#

oh, you right, for incognito i dont see any errors

#

let me turn off all my extensions and try again

#

my chrome version is 115.0.5790.114

#

x86_64

#

cool, looks fine after i turn off all the extensions

#

thx for the help

exotic cove
#

@craggy turret OOC can you try and figure out which extension causes this?

#

I'm curious now :p

craggy turret
#

let me check

#

i have about 20 extensions

#

🙂

#

fortunately i found out

#

i was using a japanese langunage learning extension which caused the issue

#

maybe you can double check

exotic cove
#

gotcha. A lot of extensions kind of are "invasive" and change the behaviour of websites

#

but it's not a widely known one so really likely just bad luck
