"However, when I used the feature to schedule the payment" -> do you have the payment intent ID?
yep, one second
actually, not sure how to get to the payment intent ID
I have the invoice ID
in_1ODGQVB7kbjcJ8Qq5SKIHMkH
the request that shows in the logs to schedule the payment is: req_5Ropwup9zXhn6q
Or can you tell me how do you "used the feature to schedule the payment" ? are you using invoices API or paymentIntents API?
so I created a one off invoice using the invoices API, stripe.Invoice.create
Ok, do you have the invoice ID?
I used my own email as the customer email, and it sent me an email to a hosted payment page
on the hosted payment page it allowed me to schedule the payment instead of pay right away
in_1ODGQVB7kbjcJ8Qq5SKIHMkH
I opened the hosted invoice page, and it's showing the branding of "City of Testing", I believe this is the connected account, not platform.
Are you see something different?
it's in the branding of the emails that are sent
This is the initial email. This has the correct branding.
Isn't City of Testing the branding of the connected account?
Yes, so what's the problem then?
the problem is with the next email after I scheduled the payment:
it uses the platform's branding instead of the connected account's branding.
I see,if you download the invoice, does the invoice show the connected account's branding?
Ok, it looks like a bug to me. Can you reach out to Support and tell them this problem? They will escalate it to the relevant team. Thanks
oh, alright will do. Can I refer them to this thread?
