I've been told that tap to pay regional enforcement is in some way informed by the bank account connected to the stripe account.

But my prior discussions (here with previous people) seemed to presume that accounts would only ever have one connected bank account.

So for example:

If I have a Stripe account connected to a Canadian bank account, Stripe wouldn't let me use tap to pay in...say...Sweden.

(replace Canada/Sweden with any two countries)

That's the only public information that I have so far. If you are interested in using Tap to Pay for Android in those beta country, you should get in touch with Stripe support https://support.stripe.com/contact/email

Anyway, I was just looking for clarification on things I've heard because again... Given that Stripe Accounts can have multiple bank accounts.... I'm not sure how that impacts the tap to pay rules.

Again, I don't see why external account could impact tap to pay.

exactly, the external account has nothing to do with tap to pay availability. It's more about the country where the Stripe account is based in.

No, you don't see the account country information in Dashboard. You can specify account country when creating a Stripe account.
