The issue here is that this is a Checkout Session with payment_intent_data.setup_future_usage set, which currently disables Apple Pay

With payment_intent_data.setup_future_usage set in Checkout Session, Apple Pay will not be available. If you wish to use Apple Pay and doesn't save a payment method, this parameter can be removed

This channel is for direct technical integration with Stripe. Since the third party Bubble controls your integration with Stripe, I'd recommend checking with their Support as we are unfamiliar how their integration works
