Now, it's not possible to resume the Subscription if it was cancelled, but you can create a new one with billing_cycle_anchor: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/billing-cycle
Alternatively, you can give the customer a trial, until the day of their renewal. This is better if they have paid for the outstanding Invoice.
