I’m pretty sure this is technical as Fourthwall is offering a similar solution as does bio link through stripe and they don’t get flagged but my products are?
It's account related I'm afraid. We cannot help here
So it’s not something with how I’ve set up the platform products in code? Ok thanks… do you know when live chat will be back up with support?
I'm not sure what you mean by 'flagged as crowdfunding'
Who's flagging what?
If your Stripe account is being rejected, then that's nothing to do with your integration/code and you need to speak to support
It doesn’t tell me any products but when I generate a “client” page it creates three donation tier subscriptions and a tipping “customer selects” product as <client user name> donation <tier/tipping>
When those products are there, I get flagged as a crowdfunding business, when I remove them I get accepted again.
I’ve used stripe to sell saas apps for a couple years now with no issue until I made this saas platform.
Yeah I still don't understand who/what is flagging you. As I said if this is related to your Stripe account then we cannot help here
The automated stripe check? It sent me an email that said my account would be terminated due to products under a crowdfunding category. But when I remove anything related to this platform I don’t get flagged.
Is it the fact it’s creating a customer chooses price and subscriptions tagged as donations?
Yep, then you need to speak to support
Not something we'd know about, but I doubt it
