Ok, thanks. If you're using the CLI then those endpoints aren't listed there so that is expected generally

You'd just use stripe listen --forward-to=http://yourlocal.domain

well it works now. I'm receiving webhooks. Now the question without answer is why old definitions for webhooks in test mode disappeared. And also old webhook events?

This webhook part of dashoard ir reorganized recently and I cannot resend event!?

As I said, the CLI doesn't really persist as a webhook in the Dashboard list. I think it only shows active connections

No, you can only resend via the CLI
