You haven't actually given me any details on what specifically you need help with - is it something wrong with your account? Is it a technical/integration question?
If your question is just about getting support to respond to you faster, then there's not much I can do about that, but it's hard to know without you give more details
It's about getting support to stop ignoring me. I've emailed reps, heretohelp@stripe.com, and created several tickets. I mean I understand there's a 90% chance they'll tell me to fuck off and that they cant help me, but they're straight up ignoring me? Last response I got was september 13th
Again, I want to help but you haven't actually told me what you need help with - do you have any other details you can give me?
Unfortunately, there's really nothing we can do in this channel about banned accounts and support is really the correct channel to push on.

its not even about getting a response faster, they claim they respond in 24 hours and its been 29 days, so they're straight up ignoring me
I don't think you have very many options here - you can keep trying to push on support, but if they aren't responding there may not be much you an do anymore if they're firm in their decision that your use case can't be supported on stripe
They're not firm on anything, they literally just won't respond. Never dealt with Stripe before except third party integrations, and now not a peep from them for a month

If you're not getting a response from heretohelp@ or "reps" then it sounds like there's nothing more to be done. As karbi said above, it sounds like your use case isn't supportable on Stripe.

What did the heretohelp@ folks tell you when you reached out to them?
well first i reached out to them about one of their partner platforms (shopify)
and they said I contacted the wrong person, should've contacted shopify
then i asked what happened to my stripe application
and no response since then
september 13th

even my tickets have no responses and im viewing those directly in the stripe UI
