I think eventually_due should be good enough and including bank accounts collection. Didn't it collect bank account for you?

We are using eventually_due and after submitting the individuals 'website' the process is done and the user is redirected back to the website. It does not ask for the user's bank details.

Yes that's correct. The onboarding process never asks for the user's bank details
