have setup all the required things for applepay setup
can you clarify everything that you did? Did you download the CSR, sign it on your Apple Developer dashboard, uploaded it to Stripe; did you configure your app to use your Apple merchant ID ; did you request the Apple Pay capability for the app?

yes i did all setups from developer account as well stripe deshboard like CSR certi download,merchantid setup to stripe/apple account

I don't think we support Apple Pay for customers in India

then that could be why, though I'm not 100% sure. Try seeing if you can ask colleagues outside India to test the app
