if i have account connected but not complete

so i need to create a new link with existing account ID to complete the form

What type of connected account is it? Express, Custom or Standard? Also did you create that account yourself and it's already connected to your platform but you want them to finish signing up?

when the user create connected id some time the user forget to complete the form and the platform in stripe alredy save the connected id with Restricted stratus and after that the user when come back and click to button one more time to crrate a new account so now we have 2 time with different connected id on the same email

when the user come back one more time and press on the button to create a connected id i need to complete with old connected id if not completed it
