In the first image I'm creating user's connect account and after that i'm redirecting the user to the url returned by stripe in 2 image function. In test mode, it works fine as it asks user about their details, then document verification scrrn then to adding account details page which is done within stripe. But when I'm onboarding user with live keys, after doc verification page it redirects me back to my website without giving any error. I'm attaching a video file in which you can see that I'm not redirected to payment page due to which my user is restricted on stripe dashboard.

But with this, it enables my user to log in to stripe rather than asking for payment page in the form .

not sure what you mean?
but yes it will involve us sending them an SMS during the onboarding, so that there is verfication that it's actually the owner of the account changing the payout details(as that's obviouslty a vector for fraud)
that's why you have to opt into allowing this and it's not on by default
