Can you share the seti_xxx ID you're using the render the PE?
I'm beginning to think Link may not support Setup Intents
Hmm, guess I was wrong: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/link/save-and-reuse
But yeah, the seti_xxx ID would be a good starting point
Taking a look
or this one, seti_1Ns1A0KhBQrlmIPvMH3XcTRx
Thanks! Is there somewhere where I can access your payment form?
I started the service locally, so you can't access it, but I can give you the code snippets of the server and client.
wait minute, maybe i can
use this
Yeah 'why is Link not showing?' issues are really difficult for us to debug without direct access your the code/integration. Maybe a repro via CodeSandbox if you can't share your local machine
Weirdly I saw it straight away
Wait, I thought the issue was that Link wasn't prompting you for the OTP?
Yes, you need to remove the defaultValue
ok
try again
like that, without [Secure, 1-click something]
Ok, now I understand the issue. Looking at why
yeah, please let me know if you need my cooperation.
Ok so Link support across our payment UIs is in a gradual rollout phase and it appears that your account does not yet meet criteria for it to work
The strange thing is that I could see it before I upgraded the API version to 23-08-16, but I couldn’t see it after the upgrade.
Or, is there anything I can do, such as applying for something?
Hmm, in this exact integration flow? I'd be surprised if API version made a difference
I'd recommend just writing in to support explaining your integration (Setup Intents, Payment Element and Link Auth Element) and that you want to use Link as a HK merchant.
I see, we are actually registered in Hong Kong, but our customers are from all over the world, such as the United States, Brazil, Europe, etc.
Yup, availability is limited to the merchant country in this case
