I'm trying to accept apple pay for payments. https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/pmd-registration
I have gone through this document. Is there any expiry time for this verified domains?

After verifying the domain, Is it really needed to host the verfication file in the verified domain?

Yes, the file must still be present as it is possible that apple tries to re-validate domain anytime.

Stripe doesn't attempt to re-verify but apple could

And What will happen if the file does not exists after the verification?

We wouldn't know anything about it unfortunately. If the file doesn't exist at that point then it might affect availibility of Apple Pay on the domain
