Hey, I'm really sorry for not writing about specific development questions. I have read the rules, but I have no other way to reach anyone related to Stripe.
I have not received any reply for my email I have wrote to them 2 weeks ago, but when my employee wrote to them from his worker account, he got an instant response. We were told, that the account is under review, but it's been 2 weeks without any response.
I'm afraid that account issues are something we can't help with here
Is there any way you could ask around the Support team about the issue? Because I'm feeling like we have been forgotten about and we have had 3+ years of relationship with Stripe, and have brought in a lot of revenue for both parties.
And I'm not the guy, who would want to disturb and look spammy.

Thank you for doing something that is not really your duty here in this server.
We have been told, that our dispute rate has been higher than usual, but we have fixed it a year ago, and the rate is below 0.06% now.
We have been doing back-fourth emails now, but as I said.. That we haven't received any update for the past 2 weeks.
I'm also unable to call or chat with Stripe support dirrectly, this would help us a lot. My only option is emails.
Yep, unfortunately no details I can share with you. You need to speak with support directly re: account status: heretohelp@stripe.com
