Can you describe what kind of payment and what the relationship is with the client? Are they a Customer or Connected Account?
The client used a credit card as a mode of payment. They are a customer.
Okay and the payment shows up as Pending in your dashboard?
Do you have the payment ID I can look at?
The pending status means the funds have not settled in your account. If you go into your Stripe dashboard you should be able to find the Payment and the ID will be in the upper right hand corner
Okay these look like invoices that have not settled but without some ID to check on I cannot say anything more
what is the resolution for this?
