I was able to skip with this setup the page where you enter the first name, last name and more about the business.
Now I have set the country code and business type, but the first page still appears.
Also if this is not possible. Can you tell me if there is a parameter I can pass to not allow account linking via card but only bank account?

As for the bank vs card, you can't limit that too, but you can collect the details on your website and then provide it when creating the account: https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/create#create_account-external_account
