I can't find it, could you then just share the whole URL

I see the PaymentLink is created on the Connected account. Have you enabled all Payment Methods for the Connected accounts too?

nova spruce
#

Yes, I'm sending you a screenshot

#

this is the account id acct_1Nl9nFHD6bBUQI6n

#

As you can see, Klarna is activated

Ok, so the settings are different between live and test

#

What about the custom domain? Can you help me?

boreal tendon

Already did

boreal tendon
#

That's on your Platform.

#

Let me check if you can do it via API

nova spruce
#

Ok, thanks

boreal tendon
#

But there's a problem. Because you're using Custom Connect, you shouldn't be creating Payment Links on the Connected account.

I followed the tutorial

#

This is the call I'm making

boreal tendon
#

I don't think you can update the branding/domain of the Custom account, because it must be primarily used for payouts. Everything else should be done on the Platform.

Give me a minute

Only followed the official documentation of course

There're different ways, for Standard accounts you can do Direct Charges, and create Links on their account. But for Express and Custom, you should only use those for payouts, and do Destination Transfers from your Platform.

#

You have to choose between the two, depending on your use case.

nova spruce
#

Ok thanks. I'll study better

#

I must have misunderstood the behaviour

boreal tendon

This is about Charges, but the same applies to Payment Links:

  • Standard accounts can create their own Payment Links.
  • Express and Custom accounts only receive transfers from Payment Links that live on the Platform.

No worries, it sometimes gets confusing. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions.
