My company is just pretty much a event venue owner and I charge ticket fees from guests. I contacted customer service, they don't reply me after 3 weeks. They are closing my account on Sept 1. What shall I do?

'Incoming charges' means the ability to accept payments on the account. It appears that your account is some kind of restricted state, I guess because we're awaiting further verification/identity from you
