Hi! Thanks! Apple Pay shows up only in Express checkout on Shopify and not next to other payment options. And payments are failing - can't make a successful transfer

As in you are using ECE + Payment Elment and want Apple Pay to show up in both UIs, but it is only showing up in ECE?
And payments are failing - can't make a successful transfer
Can you send me the exact error that you are seeing during this process?

Have you checked your developer console or Stripe logs to see if there is a further error?

Would you happen to have have the ID of the specific payment that the customer was trying to make when they got this error? (pi_1234)

It looks that it never reach stripe, because there are nothing in Stripe logs (I'm looking in Payments section)

That page wouldn't have specific error info like this unfortunately. Your dashboard logs might https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs though you'd likely need to know around when this failed payment happened

If Apple Pay is working for other customers for you, it is possible that this user had an actual payment decline or something. Unfortunately we won't be able to know from this high level of a subscription

Also apologies on the delay for the ECE + Payment Element question, the server has been a bit too busy to test things. Can you remove ECE on your test page and see if Apple Pay shows up in your Payment Elment again? It is common for Elements to purposely de-duplicate UI elements so I have a feeling that this may be intentional. I am not immediately seeing config to show Apple Pay in both but can look further after that test

I've checked logs, and there are non in regards to the ones I'm looking for you. There were made at least few at the same time. So info did not go through

Apple Pay is not working for any of my customers. At least 3 customers tried and it didn't work

I don't know how to do the things you are asking for the ECE + Payment element 🙂

Does Apple Pay work on your test site and only the live version is not working?

And do you have someone on your team that is writing your code that you can ask to do that? This server is for coding questions so my suggestions and answers will be coding based
