hello! can you elaborate more on what you mean by test card 3DS messages?

If your Stripe account is in the US, you're going to need to reach out to Stripe Support to enroll the cards in 3DS : https://stripe.com/docs/issuing/3d-secure

I mean we want to make a transaction and be sure that we receive a verification code on correct phone/email

well the actual phone SMS or whatever is not part of Stripe(it's part of your bank) so that's not relevant or something you test

in Stripe you use our test cards and you get a page with two buttons to simulate the user authenticating or not authenticating successfully with their bank, it works well

I mean Stripe issuing, we issue cards by Stripe. It is not about Stripe payments.
