Hi first i can explain what i want in my project using stripe right
i'm working on web application like amazon okay
role's 1- admin 2-seller- 3- buyer right
i have three role
when customer paying to seller through stripe right but i'm using first i collect money on stripe collection fund then 12 hour ago i will pay to my connect account's like seller okay.
but issue is that when buyer payment after that i checked on stripe dashboard when i check balance there are no available bal showing me balance like transaction available by 18 aug 2023 like this but i want to pay my connect account seller after 12 hour ago then how can i do that ?
when i transfer money from stripe to seller connect account then that time we can payout to admin account send some commission in the product when transfer money to seller

no that's not issue in this probile i have an answer when transaction available the automaticly tranafer money
but issue is that when i transfer money on that time i want cut some portion amount as a commission to payout to admin

I still don't understand your exact use case. If you want to shorten he payout speed you can't. There is instant payout if your account in an available country:

Otherwise you can't shorten the payout speed
