system locale is Finnish

You can force a language in Chrome at chrome://settings/?search=language and make it the top one
but I repro-ed locally it's definitely a small bug on our end with localization in Finnish

yeah we don't support Estonian as a locale yet, so we ignore and go to the next one (most websites do that) and you have Finnish
if you move English to the top (click on the vertical ...) then reload you'd see Checkout in English
hmm okay, i just have ton of tabs open so im not gonna do that currently
but since pretty much all my customerbase is Finnish, how long do you think this bug is going to take to fix?
