You set automatic_payment_methods.enabled: "true", and this is a Direct Charge. So it means we'll use the payment method enabled on the connected account.

Yes I can see all of these payment method are enabled on the connected account. However your PaymentIntent is in USD, but these payment method only work in EUR.

So it's expected they don't appear in the Payment Element.

In that case that's normal, Google Pay is not supported in India: https://support.stripe.com/questions/supported-payment-methods-currencies-and-businesses-for-stripe-accounts-in-india
