I want to created a button that user could click and lead them to their stripe dashboard and let them see their history transcation data.

a "webhook" usually represents a request Stripe does to your own server to provide information about a specific change in your account such as a new Customer creation or a Payout failing, etc.
I don't see how a "webhook" could lead to a button sending you to the Dashboard

What is the context of that button? What are you building? Is this for an admin tool at your own company? For a third-party?

yes, employee at company. like if they using stripe for payment, where they could recieved their reciept or see where the money goes ? I want to build a tool for help them check where is those information.

I don't understand what you call "their receipt". At Stripe usually the word "receipt" is used to describe the email we send to an end customer after successfully paying for a service

who is them though? Earlier you said they were employees at a company using Stripe. Now you seem to refer to end customers paying for a service and receive a receipt of that transaction.
