That's not 3DS email, that option is for requesting 3DS

that'll depend on the bank issuer and not Stripe side.

if the bank issuer's card 3ds is configured to work with email, then the customer will get an email from their bank

there is no Stripe test card for the moment for this.

I already told you, there is no mention to 3DS email in that screenshot you've shared.

that's just Stripe requesting 3DS authentication, then that'll depnd on the issuer's bank 3DS flow.
