@bleak elm  Have a non-technical question, account issue, or need one-on-one support? We wish we could help, but this community is focused on developers and technical discussions. Our support team will be able to assist you better than we can: https://support.stripe.com/contact

Actually, sorry, this is probably a better link for your case:

I'm trying to send this email but when I clicked on send email... nothing happened. Like no confirmation that the "email was sent"...did the email go through? @nocturne ether

I'm not sure, that's not a form I'm familiar with and I don't know what its expected behavior is.

This forum is for us to help developers who are building Stripe integrations, we're not as familiar with the flows provided by our Support team. All I know is that email form is the best option for you as it sounds like you don't have a Stripe account.

Understood, which is why I'm directed you to our Support team, and to the page that doesn't require you to log into a Stripe account first.

I was able to send the email

There are articles on RBI, India guidelines & e-mandates. But how am I as a customer supposed to set up an emandate?

#

and which platform is stripe integrating with for e mandates?

That is all for devs, it's not relevant to you as a customer

I have no idea, did you not reach out to the site you're trying to use's support team first? They may have rules set up in their account that is blocking the transaction for their reason rather than it being us blocking the payment.

bleak elm
#

did you mean the service or stripe?

That's to Stripe support, did you reach out to the Support team of the website you're trying to make a purchase on?

All the articles are mainly for devs. And as far as I saw, mainly for India based devs.

I'm an Indian customer trying to pay for a US-based product.

Are there any articles based on
"Indian customer---US service"
that I could send to the devs of the services that can help me streamline my payment process?

If you feel this is a concern with the integration of the site you're using, you should raise that to them. We won't have insight on what their integration is or isn't set up to do currently, so I don't think sending them documentation trying to tell them what is wrong is not a great approach. Their developers should understand their integration best, and be best suited to investigate whether it is a problem with their code or something else.
