I'm trying to send this email but when I clicked on send email... nothing happened. Like no confirmation that the "email was sent"...did the email go through? @nocturne ether
I'm not sure, that's not a form I'm familiar with and I don't know what its expected behavior is.

This forum is for us to help developers who are building Stripe integrations, we're not as familiar with the flows provided by our Support team. All I know is that email form is the best option for you as it sounds like you don't have a Stripe account.

I guess this' what's affecting the payments on my card. Do I need to make my app/website service providers aware about this?
I have no idea, did you not reach out to the site you're trying to use's support team first? They may have rules set up in their account that is blocking the transaction for their reason rather than it being us blocking the payment.

If you feel this is a concern with the integration of the site you're using, you should raise that to them. We won't have insight on what their integration is or isn't set up to do currently, so I don't think sending them documentation trying to tell them what is wrong is not a great approach. Their developers should understand their integration best, and be best suited to investigate whether it is a problem with their code or something else.
